I just left Gesner Auto and for once I had a GREAT experience at an auto dealership ????????! I dealt with Christopher Carvalho whose one of the sales agents there. I met Chris through a networking event a while back (also being a realtor and working with many investors I found out that some of the investors I work with have worked with his son for plumbing. Which if you need, his son is just as honest and sweetheart just like his father!). I had a couple of requirements and needs. When I got to the dealership Chris actually listened. He helped with the application instead of just handing it to me. We tried to make it work but I had a lot of restrictions. Instead of just letting me leave disappointed he actually got my car in the shop while I was there and got my car fixed! My car is now good to go. Over all I never had an experience like this that I actually left a dealership all smiles and no stress! Going in I felt like crying , coming out I felt unstoppable ????????????????.

Another great experience at Gesner Auto Service! I never have to wait for an appointment, they stick to their estimate within reason, the communication from the service manager is excellent, and their mechanics are extremely competent. I will not go anywhere else from now on
