Firestone Complete Auto Care

Had a brake job and an oil change done without an appointment and they were more than willing to fit me in with no issue. They were upfront about potential issues (that I already knew about) and the price was less than many other places.

I rate no stars for this place . Do you really want to know ? I had bought two new tires for the front of my van . now I am self employed can't really afford to put my truck out if service for a day because that's how long it took for them to change two tires and a front end alignment so I bite the bullet and lost a days pay . so anyhow a few days later I noticed my right front tire was low so I aired it up and in the process of doing that I noticed my lug cap was loose so I figured I check my lugs also and behold out 8 lugs only 3 were tight so I tightened them n brushed it off someone must of been in rush so I go back there for them to fix it witch it's turned out to be they didn't change the valve stem that I was charged for so I get to firestone in Swansea ma at 7:05 am they open at 7:00 am waiting for an hour no tecs are in for work yet I guess they come in when they want . so what I'm saying Don't go to Swansea firestone they're very incompetent

Great prices, great team that takes time to explain things to you and help you. John C., On Aug. 21,23 helped us. He was very kind and patient with us. We also had a problem with the oil tank cap. He made sure it was taken out carefully, so not to have to replace the whole oil pan.
