Needed a new tire in a hurry. Sullivan was the closest store. Very pleased from the moment I entered. Alex took great care of me, they put on my spare, while Patrick told another customer that they fixed a noise problem she came in for but it was easy so they wouldn't charge her. My wife came back when the new tire arrived (on schedule). She also mentioned how happy she was with the service. We didn't realize they perform many services beyond tires. We plan to go back for oil changes and other car repairs.

Sullivan Tire is the best. Always feel welcomed and they deliver as promised! I recommend and use Sudbury frequently.

These guys at this location are great ????. Every time I have had the pleasure of dealing with this location it has been just that a pleasure. They know how to run a business and they understand the value in there customers. IT SHOWS!. The manager "KC" (at the risk of spelling his name incorrectly) is great the assistant manager "Patrick" is also amazing. If you get the chance or need Anything done on your vehicle definitely give them a shot. You won't be disappointed.
