Pat and the team at Quality Auto went above and beyond to fix my AC during the hottest week of the summer - I couldn't be happier with the results, the turn around time and especially the cost!

This shop is on the top of the mass.inspection report as being a emission specialist which he’s definitely not..If your going there for a diagnostic on your failed inspection for emission this is the last place I’d go to.I’ve been there 2 years for him to diagnose a emission problem and both times I left with no answer about what was wrong..The vehicle also sat outside his building for 2 days untouched.He takes care of his regulars even if you made an appointment 2 weeks in advance.Not impressed on his knowledge and his so-called mechanics knowledge of vehicle repairs and inspections.I don’t think he should be on the list of go to shops for vehicle inspection problems.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE EVEN IF ITS THE DEALERSHIP..you’ll get an answer to your problems instead of dealing with this shop that is a waste of time Service: Vehicle safety inspection

The service at Quality Auto was great from start to finish both times we needed a vehicle done in the past month. They were very affordable and did a great job so far as I can tell. They were a one stop shop for oil change, repairs, and tires. They even recommended a windshield company that could do repairs/replacements as well, while the vehicle was at their shop. We will be back again and highly recommend them.
