Brought my truck in for an inspection and oil change Dropped the truck off at quarter of 10 and at 11 o'clock I gotta call back that it was ready even though they were 2 men down highly recommend this place very friendly staff fast service good prices

I'm not from Saugus but was attending an event there on Saturday morning. On my way into town, I noticed the dreaded low tire pressure indicator on my car and ducked into the Monument Square Service Station. Unfortunately their air pump was not working properly, but staff came out and assisted me with their air hose (balancing out my four tires and sending me on my way). The technician was super-friendly and helpful and refused to accept any payment. It's nice to see this level of courteousness and kindness - I would go out of my way to give them future business.

I enjoy the personal touch of knowing who is working on my car. This place does a great job. They are upfront about their costs, and they are honest. That is a hard thing to find in some mechanic shops these days. I trust this place with both my vehicles.
