Pep Boys always helps when I need them! My AC wasn't working and as you all know it is VERY hot outside. I went in and they had it fixed in about an hour and a half. I am so impressed with their work and so relieved to have cold air in my car again!
Went in at 9am for a quick tire repair not one vehicle in any of the bays and they can't take care of me I won't be coming back and I will not recommend this place ever again
I came in for a replacement tire and was very nervous, anytime I have a mechanical issue with my car it causes a great deal of anxiety for me. The man working, Steve was so kind and calmed my anxiety almost instantly. I’ve had lots of cars in my past that have all needed work done, I’ve never met someone as kind hearted as Stephen!
