Working with EZ Auto Body was anything but "EZ," unfortunately. I understand that when it comes to repairing a car, schedules can slip. With that said, I dropped my car off on a Thursday. When I called them on the following Monday, they said my car would be ready on Friday. Thus began the ordeal: - When I called them on Friday, they said it would be ready Monday - When I called them Monday, they said it would be ready Wednesday - When I called them Wednesday, they said it would be ready Friday So, that's three consecutive postponements. If they'd said at the outset of the process that repairing my car would take two weeks, that would have been fine. Had they said on Friday, "sorry, there's going to be a one-week delay," I would have been able to plan around it. Giving the run-around every time I called them three times in a row speaks to a process failure. Lastly to add insult to injury, one of their technicians drew all over my bumper sticker. Used EZ Auto to repair my whole driver’s side after a hit and run. Great customer service and got the car back sooner than expected. They also cleaned it inside and out. Highly recommend!
MATT at EZ Auto is the best. I was in a jam and gave him 0 heads up but he helped me on the spot. Fixed my mess of a truck and could have charged more. Very honest and knowledgeable.
