I returned 3 Uhaul’s at this establishment after business hours. Upon arriving and the business being closed I returned all 3 pieces of equipment on the UHaul app, cleaned all 3 trucks out and made sure all 3 were fueled up to the correct levels. We had some boxes and stretch wrap that we cleaned out of the trucks. We located the dumpster on the property and took all of our trash to the dumpster but it was full. So we stacked all of our trash next to the dumpster so it would be very easy to put in once the dumpster was emptied. About 3-4 days later I received a call from U-Haul letting us know that we were charged a $250 cleaning fee by by Vin’s Auto because that is what it cost them to dispose of the trash that we left. So I requested a picture that he said was taken by Vin’s auto. In the picture we’re tires and other items that are obviously, to me, not something that came out of trucks especially since they are an auto shop. Went there to rent a small U-Haul truck. Woman at the desk was so friendly and helpful as well as the guys.. we'll definitely be back, also they sell some nice cars there on the side
