Firestone Complete Auto Care

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Sitting outside after bringing in my car with a nail in the tire. At first they told me it would be a quick fix, no replacement needed and it would be ready by the end of the day. None of that was true. The following day they called saying I would need four new tires, an oil change and a new battery. Really, the complete opposite of what they had said the day prior. So now I’m outside their garage in the cold with a flat tire and a dead battery. Do not go to this Firestone to get your car serviced unless you enjoy being lied to and scammed. Literally go to any other shop. Horrible customer service and experience. Never again!

Very clear information given about what my needed; the price/estimates matched the final price I paid. Got my tire replaced same day as well. Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

This location deserves 0 stars. I want to start by saying we had our car repaired at Firestone in Revere, MA a couple of months ago (September) our car continues to have the same issues that were supposed to be "repaired" at this location. Besides the point, on September 8th I took my vehicle to get the repairs & on September 10th my truck was ready for pick- up. To my surprise our vehicle was broken into, someone stole our very expensive tools that we used daily for our humble small business. Not only were our tools missing but the door to my truck was pried opened and broken, without any hesitation I contacted the local police and made a report. We followed up with the manager of the location in Revere, Jay Fernandez, he stated that Firestone would reimburse us for the losses/ damages, unfortunately we'd come to find out a month later after being ignored that Firestone insurance does not cover our loss due to their policy, which in fact we were never aware of, this information was fi
