Used them for overnight parking for 4 nights. Reasonably priced compared to Logan’s long term parking. I arrived before they opened and left my keys in a lockbox. I used an Uber for the 10 minute drive. Very easy. My return was a little more stressful. I needed to pick my car up after they were closed. I was to receive a code for the lockbox 2 hours before my arrival. Not sure what happened but it was not in my email or text when I arrived. No answer at the office as they were closed. Tense 45 minutes at the airport trying to decide what to do. I finally called the taxi service (Patriot Taxi) they are affiliated with. Very kind, helpful man told me to keep calling the office number and someone would eventually answer. That worked! I got my code and used their taxi service for my ride back to my car. Now that I understand the system, I would use them again.

Parking here at Broadway was very easy to navigate, and the cost was reasonable. They were readily available to answer questions and easy to work with. Very pleased with this first time experience with them and would recommend them, as well as use them again.

I Just gotten off an Overnight shift and Would you believe it!!! I got a Flat on My Volvo V70 .on my way home :( so I had to call AAA to put the Donut on and i didn't know anyone available to get Tire Replaced but i Remember about BROADWAY MOTOR SERVICE! They Saved me in a Pinch once before when I needed to Renew My Inspection Sticker so i figured since they close by with luck and prayer they could help me with my Tire situation and wouldn't you believe it THEY DELIVERED Got my Tired Replaced by Days End and I'm Ready to Drive for Work Tonight!!!! To Broadway Motors You May not Remember Me but I will always Remember your Services you Provided for Me and in the Future So Thank You again Lastly I Recommend to ALL if your close by or in the Neighborhood Go to these Guys They get it Done :)
