My power steering was just junk, and I had to add fluid every single time I wanted to drive. Craig took me in, no problem, and his team literally saved my vehicle, sanity, and wallet! They are just the absolute best! And my power steering is now 100% fixed, which is just amazing to me. In my humble opinion most mechanics see a woman driver, and try to take advantage. They fix one thing and loosen another - all for the almighty dollar. These guys here, they want you to be safe, and they didn't try to get one over on anyone that came in or called the shop! Because of my busy schedule, I needed fast service to replace brakes, rotors, oil pan. I called and spoke with the manager who asked me to drop it off early next day. Great service. Quick response. I had an 8 am appointment and was there 25 minutes early. They were able to get me right in and the person at the counter was extremely friendly and professional as he asked me a few questions. I then sat and waited and watched him handle many calls, appointments and walk-ins with the same courtesy he afforded me. I feel that the oil change and tire rotations were done in a timely manner and will definitely be using their services again.
