Sullivan Tire & Auto Service

I am a former auto tech. Don't have much good to say about many auto joints. Because there aren't many good ones. Very few infact! Great service here at Peabody Sullivan though. Job well done. And in unlikely event that there is an issue... Steve or Ron will step right up and instantly take care of it!!!!

I came in with a tire that was leaking air and said exactly which (front right). They then told me a different tire needed help, and I was WRONG! Yet, I've needed to fill the tire I mentioned on a weekly basis. They did not apologize for their error to me, but they get 1 star because they did correct the issue and I'm required to leave a star. Their bedside manner to a lone female leaves much to be desired. Go somewhere else.

I've been coming here for a couple years now for oil changes, tire pressure lights, state inspections, etc. Setting up/getting an appointment is super easy. They call you with an estimate and explain everything to you, before they do anything to the car. Prices are solid. The facility is clean and well lit. I'm happy to continue trusting them with my car.
