Why is it so hard to find a competent, honest auto mechanic who won’t charge a mortgage payment to fix your car? Definitely one of life’s big mysteries. But I think I’ve found a solution in A&K. I have three VW TDI diesels and I am exceptionally picky about who repairs (or even touches) them. So far, Ryan has replaced rotors/pads on one and done routine maintenance and oil change on another. Verdict? Extremely impressed and satisfied with the work. What impresses me most about Ryan is that, not only is he a master mechanic who actually knows what he’s doing, he goes the extra three miles by evaluating my car as if it were his. Brakes replaced but calipers need sanding to work perfectly? Done. Thought a costly part needed replacing but it didn’t. No charge, return it. Remember when honesty was the norm, not the exception? If I could recommend this mechanic a thousand times over I would. The owner is kind, personable, honest and they're good at what they do. I live close by and this shop has saved my bacon multiple times. And always with the nicest, most amazing attitude about it. The price is always fair. Just amazing.
