Sparky's Collision did not do a good job on my 2003 Crown Vic. They did a phenomenal job! The staff was professional. Steve the manager was very understanding of my needs. The estimate that he gave me. I thought it was for the left rear quarter. But it was brought to my attention the price was for both rare quarters. So I decided to throw in the rear bumper. To give them better access to do both rare quarters. Before finalizing the scheduling I also gave him the color code for paint to the car. They had the car for 4 days. And he not only matched the color to the original paint. Which I was really worried about but they had done a phenomenal job on the rear bumper. And both rear quarters. I'm having them do the rest of my car.

Sparky's is EXCELLENT!!! The customer service when I called was fantastic along with the beautiful job they did replacing my side view mirror and my bumper. I can't say enough about the quality work and the professional job that they did. Richard and his wife are an amazing team that make the customer feel heard and cared about.
