This was my first time buying a car at Ralph’s Auto Center, and I was beyond impressed with the customer service. I recently had a bad car experience a few months before I went to Ralph’s and was very hesitant to buy another car at another auto center. However, Andy was beyond welcoming and patient with us. Andy was very helpful, reliable, and honest throughout the process of buying our car. He understood our concerns and even extended our warranty to make us feel more comfortable with our purchase after the bad experience with our previous car. When we received the car we purchased, it was very clean and even had a full tank of gas! We will definitely come back to Ralph’s for another car in the future.
