Trusted owner/mechanic through generations. Best price around however, I'd pay more for the peace of mind knowing my vehicle is in the best hands possible. 100% my go to for all auto needs.
I bought Custom red Performance brakes parts for my convertible. The owner of Methuen auto care perzonsally installed them. My car is a collectible 2008 with only 29,000 miles. They took very good care of the car and was able to rework certain brake components that were over powder-coated by the manufacturer. The owner is truly an expert mechanic. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I think a lot of mechanics would have just given me the car back unfixed and say it's my issue because I bought the brake parts. This place really cares about customer service. My car looks beautiful now with these red brake calipers and new rotors and pads.
Service was excellent. Quick. Mechanic came out personally. Waiting room VERY comfy. The seats are VERY comfortable. So if ittKes a little longer you dont mind the wait really. No appts. First come first serve. Which is handy if you need to stop by on any given day. Woman who runs reception area is warm and friendly. Great customer service. Glad I found them.
