Superior Auto Repair

I like this place and the staff. They’ve always been honest and fair priced. I’ve done MA inspections, routine oil changes, and more major work like brake maintenance here. Notably, they have repaired pesky flat tires fast and for ultra cheap on a few occasion. I enjoy talking to the owner while my car is repaired. Note that this is not a snazzy place. It’s basic and they get the job done.

My car A/C was working on and off for the past few weeks. I tried to change the relay myself, but it still did not work. Then AC suddenly stopped cooling completely before the weekend when it was going to hit 95 degrees+. Brought the car to Superior for diagnose at around 11am. Found out that it was the AC compressor issue. Got it replaced and got my car back at around 2:30pm. I could not have done this myself in such little time. Also, Muhammad is the best! On snowy Saturday, we got an oil change at a different, local shop and our car started shuttering and making a lot of noise. We brought the car to Superior to try and diagnose what was wrong. We explained everything to the man at the front, and he said they will take a look at it. Ten minutes later, they called back and told us there's nothing wrong and he blamed the wet road as causing the car to "act up". When we returned to Superior, the man didn't even turn around his back while we are talking because he was busy with his video game on the phone, while we tried to explain something was obviously wrong with the car. We went to another repair shop and told us straight away something is wrong with transmission. Next day we went to the Subaru dealer and they immediately saw that the oil change store drained the transmission oil. Clearly Superior Auto Repair was too lazy to closely look at it, and it was clear they never really examined it. It's beyond unacceptable to lie about that and
