Excellent mechanic. Old-school honesty and candor. I've seen them a couple times. Once for an oil change and an inspection. And another time for a brake pad replacement. Each time, they are prompt in completing and scheduling service and reasonable in pricing. Hello! I just shared the same review on Yelp, but I want Lou to make sure he gets the credit he deserves: I had such a wonderful experience with Lou. I'll start by saying I hate all things car related (dropping off my car, waiting for my car, putting gas in my car etc), but it's a necessary evil. I failed the emissions piece of my inspection sticker this month. After going on the MA registry website, I luckily came upon Hub Starters. I called Lou and explained to him my situation. I also let him know I felt my "leg was being pulled" by the auto industry for years so to PLEASE just be honest with me. He was so understanding and compassionate. I felt like Lou really feel my pain through the phone. Fast forward one week. I dropped my car off and it was ready the next day. Additionally, he was upfront about cost so there was no "sticker shock" when I went to pay. The good news- it passed inspection!!!! Thank you, Lou! I hope you know how much you positively impact your customers lives :-)

My go to place for inspection. They always do a great job. My car is loud from the factory so they have some concern at first but after explaining that's how it is they always do the inspection quickly and with great care.
