My worse ever experience with a auto shop by far! They robbed me out of 2500$ and my car is in worse shape then it was. My car was making noises a month and a half ago, i decided to bring the car to this shop based on the fake reviews. They told me that i need a right axel, ok, was quoted 1275$ . After the right axel was done, i picked up the car and the car was making the same noises again. They told me that I need a left axel too. Ok, 700$ extra. Paid. Picked up my car, after one day car was doing the same noise. Then i come back, they said i need new links and bushings along with 2 new tires. Another 500$ , i paid that as well, picked up the car, after 2 days car was making the same noise. I go back for the 4th time they told me the parts they sent them were not good for my car. Ok , mistakes happen. They re did it, car was making the same noises again. Went back for the 5th time and then it was when i knew they were crooks. The owner is very friendly and patient explaining to us the identified issues. She also provided us various solution options to make sure we are comfortable with the pricing and approach. Will definitely come back (but hopefully no more issues :)

Way above average customer service. Alda was attentive to my concerns and answered all my questions in detail. I was impressed by her organization. I had made an appointment to drop off my car for a brake service and I showed up at the appointed time and they were ready to take my car in. Her mechanic assessed the problem and soon she came back to explain what needed to be done and how much it would cost. She showed me diagrams to explain the problem and gave me repair options that fit my budget. Only after I approved the repair did they start working on my car. I went back to work and while I waited, she sent me pictures of the work that was being done and the parts being replaced. I had never experienced such transparency and attention to details at a mechanic before. FF is a keeper.
