Scott was by far the best person I have dealt with!! Easy, knowledgeable and got the job done right. Highly recommend this location.

Came in to check why my tires kept losing air. After looking it over, Scott showed me that my tires were abnormally dry-rotted, even though they’re not very old, and that I’d need to replace them. Scott could have left it there, but instead he recommended that I should go to where the tires were bought and show them and see if they’re covered under warranty. If they aren’t covered, Midas has new tires for my vehicle there and can replace them same day I appreciate Scott and the Midas team because they’re thorough, professional and honest. Scott could have just said I need tires, here’s the price and left it at that. But the fact he recommended that I check for warranty first showed me that they’re trustworthy and not just trying to take advantage of me. I will check on the warranty and if that doesn’t work I’ll go back to Midas for the new tires. It’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics anymore, but Scott and his team are the needle in the haystack.
