By far the WORST experience I’ve EVER had with this auto shop!!!! PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE!!! You will find your self talking to unprofessional staff, a MONTH + wait to retrieve your car back and car not FULLY repaired. They do not take accountability for their actions and will DUMP it all on you. Unreliable service company. Please please PLEASE do your homework and speak with your insurance for their preferred auto shops. Everything will be done in a timely matter and you won’t get your car back in the SAME condition after investing so much money. This company acts as if they’re trustworthy. Learned my lesson. NEVER AGAIN!

Customer service was okay, they repaired the damage to my back door looks like new. What i deeply disliked was that they caused issues within my car that had nothing to do with what they were repairing and my vehicle is quite new, being that its year 2023. The passenger door would not unlock and when i brought it back they attempted to pull the handle four times for it to open and looked at me stating they see nothing wrong when it should have opened as soon as it was unlocked. Further more after that time my car kept shutting down, needing a boost to restart after every shut off. it turns out they may have replaced my battery with a messed up battery or left my car running the whole FOUR WEEKS it was in the shop. The battery was completely dead and i had to pay for a replacement, i barely had the car and barely drove it, it being only at 4000miles. So i’ll only give it two stars but never will i come back or recommend it to anyone.

This shop is amazing, they are very professional and work very fast on your vehicle. The staff is very professional. I highly recommended. Service: Painting
