A trailer in front of me on the highway threw a tread, over which I drove, and the vehicle started making a 'flapping' noise at speeds above 30mph. I had already scheduled an oil change, so also mentioned the noise. They did the oil change, checked fluids and changed the cabin air filter, and secured a heat shield which was causing the noise. Outstanding service, as usual. This was much more than a routine oil change. they took me in with out an appointment and got to work right away to quickly diagnose the issues with the noise and smells coming from the engine compartment as well as problem with an oil pan leak that had been reported by the Kia dealership.
Brought in for a noise problem that still exists after $2300 in repairs on a recently purchased used vehicle. Consent not requested for extent and cost of repairs. And I still need a muffler! Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance
