Tech Heng Repairs, Inc

have used Tech Heng since 2008 when Michael was the owner for my car services and I have honestly liked their services and fair costs. But I have to admit that these guys seem to be slacking and are quite unprofessional now. I recently took my Honda Accord for what i expected would be service since I was having transmission problems. I was shocked by how unprofessional the mechanics were, these guys won't test drive or diagnose my car. Then, the boss lady proceeded to trying to order some old/salvage part for my car. These guys failed to realize or choose not to realize I was stressed out by my car troubles. I had to excuse myself to leave to go look for help at another garage. Tech Heng Auto should do better for their customers.

Never had a problem with these guys. If I ever had an issue, they would explain what was going on and would let me know what would be needed to get done. 100% an honest shop. They are very thorough and make sure they get the job done right. I've taken all my cars here and they've always treated my vehicles with respect, from my hondas and acuras to my bmws. I always recommend Tech Heng to my friends and colleagues if they ever have an issue with their cars.

This place is very unprofessional. They got maybe 1 or 2 good workers. You can bring in your parts cause they will not replace it for you. Unless they are the ones who order the parts. I got a couple of friends that use to go here for everything, but when they go back to pick up their car. The old parts was still in the vehicle, and they say that the job was done.
