Phil is just awesome!

I took my roommate here to get his new car inspected. My roommate is from Bangladesh, he's doing his PhD here. He went in the door first, I was following behind and about to enter as well. I heard the person working there telling my roommate to exit the door for some unknown reason, gesturing to one of the signs. As I held the door for my roommate to exit, he said to my roommate "do you not speak English?". He then stepped outside and asked "What do you want?". After telling him we're here to get the car inspected, he told us to wait and he would get to my roommate's car after going through the other cars in the queue. Nevertheless, we left the place right away. It was rude and disrespectful of him to use that tone and language to my friend. My roommate was looking forward to coming here because of the good reviews, however that short exchange changed our view about this place completely.

My family has been going here for 3 (going on 4!) generations! Very knowledgeable and fair prices with quality work! Many makes & models! Highly recommend!
