From start to finish Car Star was great...my insurance company was impossible to contact and dragged their feet at every turn but Car Star kept them on their toes and kept me informed every step of the way...Mel was so nice and helpful and my car was ready a week sooner than I was told it would be... and when I picked up the car and was worried about pulling out onto Middlesex Street Alberto stepped out into the middle of the street and stopped traffic, risking life and limb so I could safely pull out!!! Horrible experience! Took them 6 weeks to replace a mirror and repair a small ding. Never notified me of the delay until I was ready to pick up my vehicle 2 weeks after drop off which was due to their negligence. Never apologized for their failures and never offered any reasonable accommodation. Picked up my vehicle today and had to have them buff it out while I waited. Front office staff are great. Management needs more oversight but I’ll never recommend or visit them again.
