Never bringing my car anywhere else. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, they always take the time to explain what is wrong with my car and they call with the price before completing the work. They are trustworthy, have really fair pricing and are so pleasant to work with. Best car repair experience I’ve ever had.
I mean my cars been fine both times its been here, but they dug through my car both times. THATS 2 TIMES! My center console had tape on it because its needs to be fixed, they removed the tape! FOR WHAT REASON!?!?!?!?!?!
Terrible service I bring my car to get fixed we make a verbal agreement that they’ll fix while I pay slowly. They pick the car up and then after a couple weeks they want to leave my car outside in a lot that I’ve never used to basically dispose of my car. Will never come here again. Haverhill needs better shops that actually keep their word. Also I had a different car there before for a change of alternator they charged us and then the same alternator they changed went in two days. This business is a scam. I would’ve gave them 0 stars but I can’t.
