They were super helpful! Walked in for an inspection and they were done within 30 minutes. Random lost dog came into the store and the service member supplied me with a makeshift leash and some water while they helped me figure out how to help the pup. End result was an inspected car and a happy dog reconnected with his owner! 10/10 would recommend!

I usually never write reviews but have to share the great experience I had at Murphy’s this week. My car had been making an interesting noise so I took it down the street to my local auto shop. They could not figure it out but said they did notice that I needed my brakes fixed and that it would cost over $970. This seemed a little steep to me, and they still hadn’t figured out the initial issue I came to them with. So I left and went to Murphy’s. I hadn’t made an appointment but they were extremely accommodating right off the bat. I dropped my car off at 8 am and by 2:30 pm, they had called, told me they could fix my brakes for $450 and had found the source of the noise and taken care of that too. Amazing customer service and communication throughout. I will be recommending this shop to anyone in the area who needs work done. Very flexible, honest and professional overall! Brought my car in for an inspection and they noticed an issue with my suspension that would cause my car to fail. We walked through the details of what needed to be done and set up another appointment on site to have it fixed/new inspection.
