My representative Peter went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and repair my Ford Edge. I ended up getting my car back quickly and felt great about my experience with the entire team at Sullivan. Would highly recommend.
Took my truck in on my lunch break for an inspection and oil change, was told no problem we will get that done for you. To add we will call you if there are any problems or when the vehicle is done. Four hours later end of day I have to call them to find out the inspection machine is broke and my oil change will be getting done right now hahaha, wow a simple phone call would have helped! Go anywhere else!!!
