My wife's jeep had a heavy rattling noise whenever you hit bumps which sounded like either control arms or maybe front suspension . I had North End Auto services quote me to cover that specific repair. I also asked him what the cost is for an oil change and if they did inspections. After they diagnosed my jeep they said that it was the front control arms the front and rear passenger side ball joints that needs to be replaced, and along with the oil change and inspection the cost would be $1150. That was the entire quote to cover getting rid of the noise issues. I spoke with the shop over two days while they were working on the repairs and finally they called to say it was done and ready for pickup.
