Firestone Complete Auto Care

I went in to get a fuel line replaced for my Subaru Outback. The part was $114, and somehow labor was $1500. Ethically, that doesn’t add up as when I went by and they weren’t working on my car for 10 hours straight as they charged me for. I was scammed for the max amount of labor hours. The job was done, so that’s why I gave them at least 2 stars but when I arrived and wanted to discuss the pay, they brushed me off and now I am paying 3x the price of what this repair should’ve been. Lesson learned. I do not trust Firestone and I will make sure to never recommend this place. Service: Brake service & repair

I put on new tires and the next day I had the tire without air and the counterweight all loose

Thoroughly diagnosed my braking system and replaced pads and rotors for less than my budget. Earned a fifth star by prompt attention to the removal of Christian Nationalist propaganda another customer left in the waiting area! Skilled technically and good professional face to face skills. Will return for future needs!
