Top tier service all around! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. Especially the manager Mike who always goes above and beyond. I have recommended this location to everyone I know! It’s honestly great service at a decent price for the time.
We were traveling in the Northeast for the holidays and picked up a screw in our tire. It was 4:30 the day after Christmas and we couldn’t find any tire shop that could patch it. Some had up to a week’s wait and some said to drop it off the next day and they would try to work us in. We were heading out the next morning so that wasn’t going to work. When I called Monro, he said I could bring it right in. We got there and he was very nice (pretty sure he was the manager), he fixed it and we were out of there in a little over half an hour! Great service!
Came in with a Hertz flat tire and they immediately called Hertz and got the approval. Hertz did not want to pay the going rate and Monroe agreed to adjust the price so I could get back on the road.GREAT SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
