These guys took extremely good care of me today. Took care of a tire light for me taught me some stuff about my car. Also addressed an issue with my dust shield that was causing noise and rubbing. Very honest and didn't try to upsell me handled it all at no charge. So glad I got my tires installed here both Brookline and Watertown location treated me well. Highly recommend. I needed to get my breaks replaced. I had never been to VIP before but was just looking for something walking distance to my home. I called and spoke with Brian. I had a few questions about a ballpark time & cost. He answered my questions over the phone which is nice b/c not every place will. Many will just say “we won’t know until we look at it” which leads to my skepticism of mechanics. Had he said that, I wouldn’t have come in but instead he gave me an idea of what to expect. I had a very nice conversation with Brian and he had a genuineness that put my skepticism for mechanic’s honesty at ease. He reached out with an estimate and explained it fully & honestly. He let my know that there was a chance of it being lower but not higher than the estimate. When he called to tell me it was ready, he gave me great news that it would be $200 lower than the original estimate b/c one caliper didn’t need to be replaced afterall which is always nice to hear. In an economic landscape where people are just trying to get through the day- these guys are all superstars!
