Person at the counter was pleasant until there was an issue. The he became snippy, snappy, and less than helpful. I went to East Bridgewater where they are much more reasonable.

Probably one of the worst experience so far I come on every single phase of service delivery. 1. Making appointment: - I booked the appointment 1 week in advance ( hard to believe this location such unique number of jobs) - booking process was not welcoming to say at least, and misleading in terms of technical understanding by staff products they sell and prices ( balancing 18$ , road force 25 , because 20in it will be 35$ , I agreed to all as need to fix wheels, later I found from online support , roadforce balancing cost 18.99$ per tire for 20in wheels) - Prior coming to this location, I visited Braintree Sullivan tire branch, where the team tried to do road force balancing for my wheels and they observed that road force is high and wheel require matching service ( when tire need to shift against the rim to balance the forces) .Due to fact that it is 20in wheels with 35 and 30in run flat tires , they advised to go to Bridgewater branch , as they have a road force balancing machine
