Rude front-desk guy. Expect to be treated poorly. I decided to leave an take my business elsewhere. Why would they put somebody who has no social skills in front of customers? About all the 1-star the reviews here: Rather than having a social team spending time to respond to poor reviews, maybe actually do something about your service? Service: Tires
They were able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment and had me in and out within an hour and a half. Great service!
The repairs and pricing were acceptable, but definitely some dishonest business practices. They will charge you for an inspection and quote, even if you go ahead with the work at their shop.... Never been to a shop that will charge you separately to just get an inspection for the work that you're paying big money for. Also, typical chain shop doing upselling for way overpriced components. I was told that my cabin and engine air filters need replacement, even though I literally changed the air cabin filter with my own hands a month ago
