I arrived early and they told me inspections started at 8. So I parked the car there with the keys in it but never said anything to anyone. I ran a few errands in the neighborhood and came back to a completed inspection! (They told me they figured it out when they saw the keys). I paid and was on my way to work by 8:30. Awesome. Avoid. Was told I required new front brakes and rotors to pass inspection. Upon completion of service, I reviewed my automotive history and noticed he replaced my front rotors and brakes just 12 months ago. He could not explain justification or show old brakes to prove why work was needed. Claimed he donated old parts to a church (??) immediately after he removed them, Would not provide any sort of partial refund. Numerous other reviews allege same practice. Unethical service, won't be back.

Bad customer service. Broke my filter doing an oil change. All of my oil drained out in 4 hours after leaving them. Went somewhere else and had to pay again to fix the issue they should have fixed. I asked for a refund and he got mad and started arguing with me. Never going again. 0/10 Service: Oil change
