This place is literally the hidden gem I never knew about! Some of The nicest and most helpful guys I have ever met! I had been in an accident and the car was salvageable but needed a lot of work. (Another body shop had even told me that it was too much for them and to call elsewhere). I was so glad the rental car company recommended Michael’s and I was thrilled when they called me back within an hour and said they would take it. I also was under the impression of would take at least a month just to get parts in but my car was completely fixed in 3 weeks!!! Matthew could sense the surprise and excitement in my voice. Not only did they do a great job on the body work, but detailed my car inside and out and gave my family cookies for the holidays. It looks as nice as when I picked it up from the dealership. Used Michael’s through the Car EZ program with my insurance and they made everything so easy. Christina was fantastic and very helpful over a number of phone calls, she definitely went above and beyond to help me understand the insurance/rental situation after my hit and run. My car was repaired quickly, they detailed it inside and out, AND they gave me cookies? I’m a customer for life.
