I normally do not write reviews, however, I need to express my complete satisfaction with Chris and my Better Auto South Attleboro experience. I recently purchased a BMW X5 for myself. A beautiful car with a price I couldn’t even haggle with. The transition of the paperwork was effortless, and his mechanic specializes in German car engineering which is hard to find. The car was detailed to perfection and his warrantee on the car was true to his word. I noticed his lot of cars of had a quick turnover, which indicated the quality and prices are true and honest. I will definitely be purchasing another vehicle from Chris in the near future for my children and the far future for when I will need another vehicle. Chris and his crew embody the definition of local and small business and possess the personal and quality care that is associated with it. Hands down one of the greatest car buying experiences I have had.

Eli was referred to me by a close friend, as I'm new to the area and have no real gauge on the go-to mechanic. About a month ago, the passenger side of my front end collapsed. Repairs, tow, parts and labor amounted to $1300. Learning my lesson, I took my 2014 Ford Flex in for Eli to replace the driver side front end. I left it overnight Sunday, and by 1PM Monday it was ready. If the promptness wasn't enough, Eli charged me substantially less than half of what the folks in Brockton charged a month prior for essentially the same work. While he couldn't perform the alignment given machine malfunction, he sent me to a place not 2 blocks away. Eli clearly broke down the bill and explained what was what. He showed me the old parts he removed in order to clearly identify the issues I was experiencing. I asked about an A.C. repair and without hesitation he said to come in whenever.
