Having teenage drivers, I’ve had to visit Toms on more than one occasion. I can not say enough wonderful things about this company. When there is an incident , I call and they help from beginning to end. They deal with insurance companies and all the negotiating, I don’t have to worry about a thing. Lucinda is always helpful and no matter how many questions or calls I make, she is always kind and patient. Tom is also so helpful in explaining everything from insurance to his own life experiences, he always has a story to tell :) thank you Tom’s Auto for all great experiences! They have collected the insurance money and decided not to fix my car. Originally they told me they would fix my car but needed a month to fix it. When I asked them why so long, they said with the holidays and in case they needed to get parts but that I can rent a car from them at a good rate. I then asked what they needed to do to fix the car and they wouldn't tell me, I then asked what is the cost and they would not say. Be careful with dealing with them, they seem to operate on the less the customer knows the better. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Tom and his team are great!! I've brought my vehicle to them on multiple occasions and I'm never disappointed. Most recently they helped navigate a claim due to a storm, and took care of all the correspondence with insurance, and we were very pleased with the outcome!!
