Redeemed Auto Body

We took our Toyota Highlander to Redeemed after it was rear ended. We have had various repairs done through insurance, both ours and other people's. We have never had the kind of experience before like we had at Redeemed. They did an awesome job on our repair. They also kept us informed every step of the way. Walt and his team are not just knowlegable in the art of body repair, but are truly advocates for their customers. From now on our family will always take our autobody repair business to Redeemed. My truck that was in an accident last year had some very poor repair work done on it by a shop in Baton Rouge. State Farm advised me that I could take it to a shop in West Monroe to write and estimate and probably correct the repairs. I found out about Redeemed Auto Body and they said they would be happy to look at the truck. Once they got the truck, they had a report written to State Farm in about 3 days recommending my vehicle be deemed a total loss. I’m really thankful they were there to help get everything squared away with State Farm and make them realize that the issues going on with the truck weren’t going to go away. Mr. Walt and his crew are extremely nice and even helped me get my belongings out of my vehicle before State Farm picked it up from their shop.

Walt and his team did a fantastic job! They made the entire process easy, kept us informed, and always got our approval on which direction to take.
