Driving from Texas to Florida and car started having issues. It was getting late and we were desperate for help as places were closing and we’d be stuck. Rachel and team spent time on phone trying to trouble shoot and look for parts. When we arrived they were able to fit us in and check everything out. They couldn't fix my car. It ended up being a dealership issue as a fluke. They do, however, work very hard to satisfy all of your needs and the communication with the owner is on point. He calls you himself if there's an issue. The front of sales employees are amazing and really go above and beyond. 9/10 and that 1 point honestly isn't their fault. If you're looking for a mechanic you can trust, this is the place.

For me, it wasn't a good experience. I had to edit this after your response. I got my truck back and it was a mess inside . Aso I was told stuff was fixed when it wasn't. I got my truck back and now nothing on my driver side front lights work . Aslo there was an extra 30 miles on my odometer. I can say more but won't. I don't care about the cost of the new bulb. I just didn't want my truck at your place anymore. Service: General repairs & maintenance
