Was told to drop it off a 7:30, and it would be done by 11:30. At 2:45, the vehicle still hadn’t been looked at. They didn’t do the service I took it there for. Was even told later they have never looked at my type of vehicle even though I told them the type the day before. I took off work for this, and it was a complete waste of time. Service: Transmission

It was prompt and fast service. Only took them a day to fix. Would highly recommend if you need quality transmission work done.

I picked up my car today at around 1. It had the transmission completely rebuilt. I drove to Target (10 min away) and once I came out of the store, the check engine light was on. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving so I can’t bring it in tomorrow but I’m extremely disappointed. Paid $2500 flat for the rebuild. We were going to be charged $2800 but when we went to bring it to a different transmission shop, the owner (I’m assuming) dropped it to $2500. We live within walking distance so we felt it should be okay. I’m hoping this is something minor. I’ll comment on this post after I bring the car back. I saw the reviews after my fiancé told him to fix it. I wish I could have seen it sooner. But like I said, I’m hoping for the best. Service: Transmission
