Came in for a check-up before leaving on an 1,800 mile trip. Had way more wrong than I thought, but they fixed everything up and I made the trip without so much as a flat tire! Highly recommend. To discover a business that operates with integrity and values their customers is a blessing. Mr. Ronnie, Mrs. Carrie and staff courteously and expeditiously accommodated my need for a 2nd diagnosis. They also patiently explained ACTUAL repairs needed vs. 1st costly misdiagnosis. Knowing I would soon be traveling out of state, they were able to perform repairs on the same day. Absolutely amazin service! They were so kind and quick to letting me know the problem. I always know they are honest about work that needs done. They did my drive shaft in a matter of hours on a busy day, I couldn't be more thankful for Culps!
