My car was towed after an accident and upon reading wonderful reviews online about this place picked them for all the damages done to my Mazda. At a time when car parts are hard to get, they at Carstar Laneys in W.Monroe manged to get all parts in about two weeks. Marsha, the manager was specially kind, helpful and understanding. Since our stay took couple of days more than what was predicted to get the car back, She generously paid for two extra night of our stay in W. Monroe. She even delivered the car next day to our hotel herself on a none working day! We recommend this place 100% to everyone, our car is running as good as a brand new car! My car was sent there because insurance was going to try to repair the damages instead of write it up as a total loss. This place quicky got us in and thoroughly looked the car over and documented the repair needs in order to prove it was a total loss.
