Great place. Guys were friendly and helpful.

Called this place and asked what's the wait time. The man proceeded to tell me there wasn't one to just come on. We was 1 mile down the road. 1 MILE. Pulled up and they was working on a ride but had a bay open, but yet told us they had an appointment for someone. So we went ahead and took the tire off to make things flow smoother and hopefully faster. Well while waiting someone pulls up and they tell us it'll be another 30 or so more minutes. An hr later we just left.

Went to have my tires balanced which were worn evenly and less than 3 months old. I should’ve spoke up when I noticed the technician looked puzzle as he kept engaging the machine and went to ask another technician there to look. Which I figured surely the next guy was trained and could easily help him. I was wrong. It only took three weeks passing and my tires are scalloped tremendously. One beyond usage at all. Ultimately I will have to get another set way sooner than needed due to the uneven wear. I won’t use them in the future nor recommend. Bottom line train your employees.
