7/21/23 They were able to get me in and fix my car so fast! They were super helpful in helping explain everything that was going on with my car and even fixed my key! Staff was so friendly and reassuring. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

I am from out-of-state and discovered my tire rotation was past due. I called Mavis, who let me know they would gladly rotate my tires for free. Because of their friendly, professional, courteous customer service, I decided to have additional repairs made to my vehicle. The total price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this Mavis service center location.

This place is very friendly and they stand by their work. The only problem is i brought my car in for an alignment, and even though I had an appointment, I had to wait 2 1/2 hrs because a walk-in came in at the last minute. After the alignment was done, I drove out, and my car was still pulling to the right, and my steering wheel was clocked off as well. I called to complain, and they said I had a 90-day warranty, so no problem. I brought it in, and they told me to come back at another time because the alignment tech was leaving at 4 pm even though he had arrived at 1 pm. I get scheduled in for the next day, and I pull in 40 minutes early to speed things along, and when I arrive, they have a vehicle on the lift. I'm assured that it will not be long before they are done with it and start on mine. 5 o'clock comes around, and they have yet to be done with the person ahead of me.
