I called because my truck was running funny after going through high water and I was scared to drive it home. He told me that he was backed up but he could put the machine on it to make sure it was safe and drivable. When I got there, he diagnosed the problem and proceeded to work on the truck immediately! I know that they were busy and had other clients, but he took the time to take care of my vehicle. That means a lot to me! this is my 3rd time having repairs done by them and they have found a lifetime customer! Thank you for your service. It is appreciated. After hearing some squeaking on the Suburban I just purchased a couple of weeks before. I figured I'd take it to John's to have it looked at. Paul said they could schedule me for the following Monday being that they were really busy. And then he suggested another mechanic. but said that if they couldn't take care of me just to come back and he'd stop what he was doing to at least take a look at my truck. I came back about 30 minutes later. And he jumped to see what was wrong with the truck I figured it was my front wheel bearings. Turns out my rear universal joint was completely trashed. And I could lose my drive shaft at any moment. as soon as he got up from underneath my truck he said he could not let me leave with it the way it was. He ordered the parts I needed and got on it right away. putting on hold everything else that he had going on. I'll tell you what if that's not True Professionalism! I don't know what is. Went in to get steering rack changed, (electrical car). His mechanic/ business doesn’t know how to fix electrical steering systems, programs system he had to tow my vehicle to the dealership to get it program, tow my car without my permission, didn’t tell me he tow my car until after the fact! ???? once my car was released from the dealership their were other problems was found. That Paul did.. Chrysler dealership informed me that their were a Broken cable ground, dead battery cell, miswire’s from installing the steering rack incorrectly. Then owner tried to blame me stating someone went in my fuse box and removed fuses and placed in jackets which I didn’t believe, using that so I could be held accountable for his fraudulent act so I would be responsible for the charges, but it didn’t work once I received the report from the dealership. The dealership charged him for fixing the problems that his business done incorrectly and he changed me, bringing my invoice immediately over the limit
