Old man Randy needs to learn how to talk to customers or potential customers. It’s okay to be a business owner and be cordial but not with him! Called for an estimate for an alignment on a 2009 C300 Benz and he QUICKLY said he CAN’T do the alignment because he doesn’t have the electronics to do it, then continued to say I could still bring my vehicle. I asked if I needed to order the alignment bolts and he then told me “Maybe you need to go somewhere else for it because I apparently CAN’T handle your alignment.” then hung up in my face. I have taken multiple vehicles to get serviced here over the years but NEVER AGAIN!!! Rude grumpy old man! Takes less energy to be nice.????
