They charged me full labor twice for the same job. One year and a month ago, both of my front window regulators broke almost at the same time They "fixed" both of them and charged me about $420 per door. I considered it done. I didn't use either of them until recently and the driver’s side broke at my house and the passenger’s side broke when they tested it at their shop. They fixed them with new parts that were under warranty but charged FULL labor for both doors at a total of another $428.00!

I called Mr. Ross and he knew down to the last detail on how to fix my car !! When he start talking car lingo I was impressed with his knowledge. This is a family ran business his mom and sister are very nice very respectful they get 5 stars from me. My baby is back on the road and that ac is blowing !!!!

This is the best auto repair center in Shreveport/Bossier!!! Mr. Ross is honest, accurate, and very fast with his repairs to his customers vehicles. I will definitely recommend this shop I just won’t do business anywhere else period thanks again Mr.Ross????????
