My morning started off very scary as I was on my way to work and my tire pressure began to drop. I pulled in to Mavis and it was completely at zero. I went in with tears in my eyes and was greeted by Chris who made me feel better with his smile and concern. I pointed to my car and he said he could help. They got me in and out with fast service at a great price. I got to work and told everyone about my morning and how I highly recommend they go see Chris at Mavis Tire.

BEWARE! Horrible experience. I came in because in the past Gateway had been awesome at this location. I came in for a replacement on four tires. I paid for the replacement and an alignment. They did warn me it would take a long time as they were short staffed ( I spent 7 hours here but did not mind. I am in customer service management and I know everyone is short staffed). My car shook violently over 65 mph and I lost two hubcaps within a week on my car. I took it to a trusted family mechanic who said the tires were not balanced when they put them on. After paying to have it balanced from another mechanic my car finally drives properly. Don't waste your time and money. Seven hours and 600$ plus dollars later I would expect better business than this. I will say the people working the front were very polite the entire time.
