Gerber Collision & Glass

I had originally made an appointment with another collision repair company and after reading the reviews I changed to Gerber and was so happy I did. This is a very friendly, professional place who does a really nice job!!! TJ was fantastic and kept me updated on my car!

Alyssa, the owner of CBS, contacted me to get an understanding of what happened due to an encounter that I had yesterday with an employee over the phone. She was apologetic for the encounter and explained to me that they were short staffed that day, but that she would address it with her employee. She answered the questions that I had from yesterday in great detail. Her explanation about my car repairs and parts we are waiting on was thorough and I left the conversation feeling valued as a customer.
